Please read these Terms of Use carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, you must stop using Our Site immediately.
These Terms of Use do not apply to the sale of services. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for more information.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
"Account" means an account required for a User to access and/or use certain areas of Our Site.
"Content" means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases, and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site.
"User Content" means any content submitted to Our Site by Users.
"We/Us/Our" means Jenny Dinovi, operating The Reborn Program.

Our Site, https://therebornprogram.com, is owned and operated by Jenny Dinovi, a self-employed individual (sole trader) operating from Spain.

We may alter, suspend, or discontinue Our Site (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Site (or any part of it) is unavailable.

4. Accounts
Certain parts of Our Site (including the ability to purchase services from Us) may require an Account. You may not create an Account if you are under 18 years of age. The information you provide must be accurate and complete. If any of your information changes, you must update your Account.
If you believe your Account is being used without your permission, please contact Us immediately at support@therebornprogram.com. We will not be liable for unauthorized use of your Account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for User Content, all Content on Our Site and the copyright and other intellectual property rights in that Content belong to or are licensed by Us. All Content is protected by applicable international IP laws

User Content includes comments, contributions submitted in live sessions, posts in the private community, and any material submitted by Users. You are responsible for the User Content you submit. You warrant that you have the right to submit it and that it complies with Our Acceptable Usage Policy.

7. Disclaimer – Coaching and Educational Content
OUR SITE PROVIDES GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING INFORMATION ONLY AND DOES NOT OFFER MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR LEGAL ADVICE.
THE INFORMATION RELATES TO PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, LIFE COACHING, MINDSET, AND BUSINESS GUIDANCE. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR THERAPY. CONSULT A QUALIFIED SPECIALIST (SUCH AS A LICENSED THERAPIST, MEDICAL DOCTOR, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, OR LAWYER) BEFORE MAKING DECISIONS RELATED TO YOUR HEALTH, MENTAL WELL-BEING, FINANCES, OR LEGAL MATTERS.
RESULTS FROM PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAMS, INCLUDING ANY EMOTIONAL, PERSONAL, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES, ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND DEPEND ENTIRELY ON YOUR OWN EFFORT, CIRCUMSTANCES, AND DECISIONS.
YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. RE:BORN Program
Purchasing RE:BORN provides access to:
  • A live 6-week group coaching experience led by Jenny Dinovi.
  • Live group coaching video sessions.
  • Access to a private participant community for the duration of the program plus an integration period.
  • Guided exercises, audios, and supporting materials.
  • Accountability partnership matching with another participant.
Participation requires your active engagement. Live sessions are scheduled in advance; recordings may be made available at Our discretion but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the program structure where reasonably necessary.
All RE:BORN materials (including videos, audios, written exercises, frameworks, and recordings of live sessions) are copyright-protected. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, recording without permission, or making any RE:BORN content publicly available is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from RE:BORN without refund, as well as legal action.
By enrolling, you also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. What is shared in the live sessions and private community stays within the group.

9. Return and Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@therebornprogram.com.
Because RE:BORN is a live coaching program with limited spots and digital intellectual content:
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Purchasing RE:BORN signifies your full understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
Note: Where applicable under EU consumer protection law, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By purchasing and accessing RE:BORN materials or participating in any live session before the 14-day period ends, you expressly acknowledge that the service has begun, and you agree that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service is fully performed within that period.

10. Our Liability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure Our Site content is accurate, but provide no guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damages arising from the use of Our Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Spanish and EU consumer law.

11. Viruses, Malware, and Security
We take reasonable measures to keep Our Site secure but cannot guarantee immunity from malware. You must protect your own devices and data.

12. Acceptable Usage Policy
You may only use Our Site lawfully and in accordance with this Clause and relevant laws. You may not use Our Site, Our community, or RE:BORN to:
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, or discriminate against other participants or Us.
  • Share confidential information disclosed by other participants outside RE:BORN.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Our Site, accounts, or RE:BORN materials.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any RE:BORN content.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from RE:BORN or the community for breach of this policy, without refund.

13. Privacy
Use of Our Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms of Use
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes become binding the next time you use Our Site.

Consumers benefit from any mandatory protections of their local laws.
